Wednesday, May 28, Day 1

Library:  The deadline to return Library books is this Friday, 30 May.  Please bring back books as soon as possible.  Those with very late books have already been contacted by email.  Thank you to those who have responded.  Parents will be contacted by email to follow up on all late Library books.  Please stop by the Library to speak to Sandra if you have any questions or concerns.

Merit Cards:  This is the last Merit Card draw of the year!!!  Congratulations go out to Victoria Masse, Kaelin Heath, and Eloise Webster!  Stop by Home Base (D-419) to claim your prize! 😃

Class set novels:  Please return class set novels that you no longer need.  There is a cart in the Library dedicated to the return of these novels.

Gyms @ Lunch: 

K101 – Soccer

K102-103 -Floor hockey

Sec. 3 and Sec. 4 CPR: CPR lists are posted down by the gyms on the bulletin board.  You MUST attend the day and time you are assigned. If you show up on the wrong day you will be sent home and receive a 0.

Theme Day: Country vs Country Club. Dress like a farmer, cowboy/cowgirl or dress like you’re heading out for a round of golf at the club. Tuesday, June 3. 🤠🏌🏽🧑🏼‍🌾🎾

Student Council: Please come to pick up your containers from the bake sale in Ms Skinner’s room.

Beep Test: There will be one last chance to take the beep test on Thursday, May 29, at 12:30pm in K101.  No excuses for not doing the test. You’ve had 4 opportunities!!

Athlete Uniforms: All uniforms that have not been returned by athletes have missed their chance, they were all due back last week. Bills for the purchase of new uniforms will be sent home this week (of May 26)

Sec 4: Please follow the instructions on the MV website to create a file to view your final marks in July. If you try to do this after the school year has been completed, you will not be able to receive help. 

24U: It’s time to register for 24U! If you are in Secondary 3 and you are interested in the 24U program next year, come to Student Services to make an appointment with Tany to register. Book Club: Last book club meeting of the year!  Come discuss the novel and get your summer book on Wednesday, May 28 at lunch in Ms. Pinard’s room.
